Nights they turn to years."
`Maybe use that instead of they. Works better and sounds better.

"What seemed to happen a few time"
`times not time.. make it plural.

"Memories stayed so fresh,
Cemented in my mind."
`i love this. cemented. great word-choice mean the feelings and memories won't disappear they forever remain in your mind fresh.

"Feelings that were shared.
Up and left so fast,
I was unprepared."
`this is sad. but many of us go through the same feelings. very relatable lines.
