As you look at her smiling beautiful face, you could never imagine the pain that one guy has put her through. She cried, yes, but she managed, got through it, and lived. As you gaze into those big, brown, innocent eyes, you can see a trace of hurt that you could swear wasn't there before. But she won't let it get to her. She won't let him get the best of her anymore. She's older now, and wiser, and isn't quick to trust. Even though she may still love him, she knows that he isn't the one for her, and she is going to continue to live out her life smiling from one day to the next. She knows that one day she will find the guy who can destroy the pain from the memories of her "first love" and she can't wait until then.
It is amazing how someone could hurt such a perfect girl, beautiful, talented, smart, and the sweetest most welcoming person you could ever meet. But it was done, and hopefully, the girl with the smile upon her face, will meet the one who she deserves, who will love her and appreciate her. Only then will she not have to fake that amazing smile that she plasters upon her face each day, to try and convince everyone that the one stupid boy, did not affect her the way he had hoped...
