Little Red Bow

I walk up the trail
That lead to the door
I knock on the cold wood
That I've never touched before

It's an old scary house
People say different things
Some say theres a little girl
Some say they hear loud rings

I knock one more
The door creaks open wide
I look to see who opened it
I see nothing with my eyes

I hear a cry upstairs
I don't know if i should go up
Maybe I need to
Maybe I should just run

I decide to go up
One step at a time
I'm on the second step
And I hear a hushed scream from behind

I turn around
To see nothing there
Now I'm almost to the top
And there is a whisper in my ear

I couldn't make out the words
So I ran up the rest of the way
I was still wondering
What it was trying to say

I step into the room
Where I had first heard the scream
I don't see anything
But a little light beam

Then I look closer
I see a figure on the bed
It's a little chubby girl
Like some people had said

She's covered in blood
From head to toe
She's also crying her heart out
In her hair there's a little red bow

I wake up to find I'm in bed
It was all just a dream
I was OK now
I was so relieved

Then to my horror
Guess what I see
The girls little red bow
Please believe me
