To My Dame....

by sharath sharathi   Aug 10, 2007

Horrid days that flew back in air,
Remembrance that remind itself in my heart,
Days, where a fairy possessed by my love and care,
Memories remain uncherished as tears depart.

She pierced my eyes & pinched my dream,
Bathed in tears, she flew out in a stream.
She is gone, Flown away, my princess!
In wild waves of love, leaving me shoreless.

She not only touched my heart but stole it too,
Hmmm! Not to preserve but tortured it and threw it;
Into the surly bonds of heavenly hell,
Below from where she keeps ringing my death knell.

As a guarded flower in the garden she used to stay,
No one could dare to take her away.
Was shocked to see the flower walking with me,
But, the breeze separates her from my vicinity.

That season, when I was in love,
Will never forget, swear on god and up above.
Those fair volume of kisses,
Couldn't heal my heart, which is now in pieces.

Wherever she presently lie,
You are locked in my mortal eye.
Now you command someone else's heart, a to be,
Your fate is hidden in shady leaves of destiny.

Your beauty stole my heart and a few soft silken hours,
Happiness filled breast, I caressed of this little flower.
That desire which topped wind swept heights with easy grace,
All I felt was the untravelled sacredness of space.

My tumbling mirth went crumbling down,
She discarded me when given a chance,
Losing myself in sadness I drown,
Till the death of my sight, would never see her glance.

Patience is what I require,
I promise to live to fulfill all your desire.
I'll wait for you in this birth too,
Neither would I commit of marriage to any female,
Marriage????!!!! Just a destiny of selected few.
Hey dame! I'll wait till my heart begins to stale.
