Just when i thought that,
I couldn't love again.
You came along and managed,
To change my heart and wash my brain.
You showed me the colors,
I realised how little i had to loose and how much to gain.

I saw you as kind, loving, friendly,
Someone with a heart full of care.
Your eyes sparkled as i looked into them,
I could see a future for us in that stare.
I was always there to listen to you,
But when I needed to talk to you,
You made yourself unaware.

I loved the way you held me,
That bond felt so strong.
I loved the way you smiled at me,
It made me feel that it was in your heart that i belong.
I loved the way you touched me,
it felt so right that it couldn't be wrong.

How could you change so much,
You said You loved me too.
But if that was true how come,
Forgetting me was so easy for you.
I wish you hadn't walked away,
And was there with me to face things through.

I always knew it would be hard to,
paint a colorful picture in this black and white world.
But i thought that you were going to my strength,
My power to get everyone told.
I was wrong I realised when you ran away,
You broke the bond and that always again you i can hold.

But my love for you was and,
is still so true and pure.
But the pain that I've been through,
was hard to handle and impossible to cure.
So now I'm not willing to take,
that chance again anymore.
