Candle Light

by Hung Le   Aug 20, 2007

I wake up from my dreaming
With one thing on my mind
That one day you would be next to me
Sitting next to the candle light

Running through the stormy rain
I see your face smiling back at me
I wrote you a letter yesterday
Please take the time to read it.

Under the moonlit night
We will toast our love together
Next to the candle light
In my arms you'll stay forever

So many things will be remembered
And so many will slip away
True love engraved in a letter
Hidden into the candle light

I pick a flower from the garden
As I walk onto the shore
Memories of sweet sunset
Bring smiles more and more

No need to hurry lets take it slow
Baby you'll see that my love will grow
Days get colder as I realize
Seasons just pass me by

I'll give you my mind, heart and soul
And everything else you need to know
To prove to you that Ill be there
Next to the candle light flare.

Love can be so confusing
How can I truly know
You've given me so much
It'd take forever to ever let you go

So many things will be remembered
And so many will slip out of sight
But one thing for sure that wont
The time spent next to the candle light
