He might say he loves you
but it may just be a lie
he might make you smile
but one day make you cry

he might seem perfect
but it may just be an act
he says he'll protect you
but is that really fact?

he might say hes faithful
but maybe hes untrue
he may not have cheated
but lying isnt hard to do

he might say he trusts you
but what if he don't?
he might say hel be there
but what if he wont?

although he might seem the one
it could all change over night
can you trust what he says?
and live on the words "he might"
