Today Was The Day

by Heather   Aug 24, 2007

Today was the day, the day the crowds parted and there she stood. She was in the state of uneasiness, not knowing whether I was coming out or not. couldn't believe what I was looking at, this was the girl who told me she loved me. No it couldn't be. I became incapable of being withdrawn from where I was when I saw her starting to walk towards. Then I saw her mouth form an upward curving of the corners, that indicated affection and amusement. Next thing you know she took my hand in possession of her own. I was staggered and I had no idea what to do. I fitly tighten my eyes in disbelief when suddenly I felt a pair of lips touch mine. In that very moment I felt as if I were on a rollercoaster to hit the 200-foot dip. I was completely swept off my feet. When she pulled away, I was full of exhilaration and I became indefensible of my own emotions. How was I to proceed? What was I to say, she just made one of my life wishes come true.
