So Innocent & Not Yet Born

by LOVEcanHEALorKILL   Aug 26, 2007

No one beside her
No one holding her hand,
No one holding her heart,
No one here
While she's falling apart

He left her
She's here crying on the floor
He broke her heart
And she broke the mirror

She cried on the floor
With blood on her hands
And shattered pieces of the mirror
Surrounding her

She cried for minutes, hours, days, weeks, months
When it ever go away,
The pain in her heart
And as in her stomach

Weeks later;
The pain in her heart softened
But the pain in her stomach didn't

Months later;
She find out
The pain in her stomach
Was from another life in her
She was pregnant

How could she deal with this??
The father said he would never come back to her
What if he would ask, if she was?
Was she to tell him or lie??
She was so scared

In panic,
She ran to the kitchen,
Grabbed a knife
And went to stab her stomach
But stopped

Why kill something so innocent,
And isn't even born, yet?
