Thoughts Of You

by Dying Beautifully   Sep 1, 2007

I am here all alone,
Never hear the ring of the phone.
My head is up higher than the sky,
It's all because I can't get my mind off this guy.

I think about him all the time,
His words make me feel like I have had too much wine.
But then I think about what is happening,
And I can't believe it is really happening.

I just don't know what to say,
Don't care about the time or the day.
If I could just figure this thing out,
I know I would no longer pout.

You see your a great guy and I am an okay girl,
You can do so much and I can barely twirl.
I think you could achieve lots in life,
But you could achieve a great life if I was your wife.

I know we are young I have no problems with that,
But young love is never ever flat.
I think we could do each other good,
But the only question now is if you would.
