In my palm my grasp of you
you were really mine.

you left me we knew it would happen
it was only a matter of time.

but you didnt give me a chance
it was all too short.

you couldnt see the real me
you couldnt see more.

i wanted to have you
so long and so hard.

i finally got you but
i didnt give you my heart.

i guess since i wanted it so much
it made me so mad.

when i had it and then lost it
it didnt feel as bad.

seems as if reality made great
could only be a dream

what i wanted appeared so awesome
