Without you beside me,
Without your hand to guide me,
I am lost.

With only the memory
Of having you with me
I can't live.

Your voice in my head
Saying everything you've said
Leaves me hoping.

The mark on my soul
Now only a burning hole
Kills me.

Once a part of my world
But now gone with time's whirl
