Where it Ends

by Tom Martin   Sep 9, 2007

Where will this end
My angel fell
shattering through
This little hole
I call my heart
But I am loved
So why worry
Nothing can go wrong
Beaten into the ground
I smile happily
Rip and tear at me
Pull me apart
Slash me cut me
Stamp me out
Do whatever you will
You cannot
Get rid of me
I'm here forever
In spirit
Not body
Yelling aloud
Crimson silence
Bludgeoned the face
Humanity shall die
Filthy resistance
Elite domination
Just a blink
Of my eye
The slightness
Of my touch
My thoughts run
Wild and vicious
Darkness overcomes
Yet it is light
Light is dark
Emptiness is filled
Happiness twisted
Sadness hardened
A blade of love
And of lust
Of anger and hate
Tears are blockades
Blood but a messenger
Skin marches in unison
Bones rattle their song
Just a smear
On the window of life
Such is this bug
This humanity
Nothing good shall come
But all good shall go
Hate is the new desire
Love is forbidden
Healthy greed
Malnourished and frail
No longer the same
Lithe and twisted
The creature
That once was
Is no longer
There's no humanity left
No humans survived
Only beasts
Creatures of Hell
Feeding on angels
Breaking their wings
Stringing their bowels
Where will this end
I shot my angel
Out of the sky
Raped her and killed her
This little hole
Called my heart
I am no longer loved
Everything has gone wrong
Things are set right
