Thoughts were all wrong

Thinking that it wouldn't come
Thought that it would happen never
Having the thoughts of no love
And being alone forever

Not knowing the meaning
Thought that's why it wouldn't come
Having happiness and love
Only happen for some

Some are scared
Some are not ready
Me, I thought I wasn't good enough
So nothing could keep me steady

I look back on what I thought
And now I'm thinking differently
My perspectives have changed
Now love is touching me gently

Love came knocking on my heart
And I decided to let it in
Giving it a chance to hurt me
Thats how it begins

Love can be hurtful
But it can also be sweet
And thats what you are to me
You swept me off my feet

Now I know that love can be good
And it can last long
Now I know for sure
