Gutting***

by sarah   Oct 3, 2007

One last touch of your skin,
You tremble,
As our fingers untwine;
It hurts a little -
You grasp so tight;
I pull away.
I have to let you go,
This is your life.
Tears swell,
So i try to stay strong,
A gutting feeling
Strangles my insides,
I want you so much.
I'll look away as you speak,
Got nothing to say.
I love you,
But this is it,
I have to say goodbye.
