Destiny brought us together

We were walking down a dull and plain country road surrounded by trees, when we saw a glint on the footpath. Ahead the sky was blue, the grass wasn't in its finest shape because of the drought. As we approached the glint of light he bent over to pick it up. To discover it was an old and rusty diamond ring with an inscription "destiny brought us together" he then turned to me and bent down on one knee on the hard gravel footpath and said "Destiny brought us together to this very moment. Would you be my wife and make me the happiest person in the world?" And I replied yes with tears dripping from my face. My engagement ring may look nothing to the rest of the world but to me its destiny
