Tinkerbell &&& Peter Pan

by Sarah   Oct 27, 2007

That perfect little pixie there
Standing, upon a chair
Was a very happy girl
Until one day she found a pearl

This pearl was not like the ones before
With glitter and shine, as if bought from a store
It was scary, white,
And just not right.

This fair-skinned creature standing there
Was almost enough to make her pull her hair
But Tink knew it wasnt enough
To make the boy of her dreams toughen up

He was in love, she knew
But what could she do?
She tried her anger, hurt, and more
Just to get that pearl out the door

Peter wouldnt listen,
This just wouldnt do
She began to glisten,
She knew what she had to do

Drink poison for him,
Or save his life
She wouldnt grow thin,
Determined to be his wife

So the story ends with a broken heart
Peter chose Wendy and tore Tink apart
It wouldnt help her to cry, it just wasnt her turn
So she decided to fly and never return

I would love feedback on this!! :] please &&& thank you!! :]
