The clock ticks staring at him mimicking every second he lets her down, every second she could be falling in love with another man.
The shadow he longs for deep in the corner as she lives for the light to shine on her pail satin face.
She observes him alone; her big deep green eyes capture him even more into the love he dreams for.
As she stands her thin, short, figure turns one foot than another toward him.
Every step he watches as the clock slows down to capture her beauty.
He ponders what to say, what to do, how to tell her he loves her.
The piercing sound of the 80's dance music breaks the seconds.
And life begins again threw the ring of her cell phone.
