In Beauty's Grace (Terzanelle)

by Laura Lamarca   Nov 9, 2007

So softly stroked as touch glides face
in Summer's breath and golden hue,
to bask as one in beauty's grace.

Such warmth lingers 'tween me and you
to utter peace in hearts ablaze,
in Summer's breath and golden hue.

In sights of wonder to amaze,
entwined, I lead you by the hand,
to utter peace in hearts ablaze.

Through hope we walk across the land,
true smiles are spent in quietude,
entwined, I lead you by the hand.

Together graze in solitude,
from dusk we sing to greet the dawn;
true smiles are spent in quietude.

Our kisses dance 'til early morn,
so softly stroked as touch glides face;
from dusk we sing to greet the dawn,
to bask as one in beauty's grace.
