Essence resides in warming grace,
in passion's touch and trust's embrace;
in glow of sun, in gloried hue,
true love resides inside of you.

Now as I seek your tender face,
essence resides in warming grace;
'neath skies that glow in wondrous sight,
'neath moon and star, 'neath velvet night.

Though only in my dreams this be,
know that my truth is just for thee;
