Midnight Grass

by ShadowedEyesLie   Nov 12, 2007

The clock yet again struck midnight
And the full moon
Shown beautifully in the sky
Its like you could take a spoon
And stir the world like the wind on a sand dune
So here in the grass I lie
My heart swelled like a balloon
My eyes stung from my cried
The only one to blame is my lies
I made our relationship like a cartoon
With lots of second tries
But in the end Im the goon
You have her now, the need for me
Is like the midnight wind though a tree
