Like the Weather

by Coeur Cassa Sage   Nov 15, 2007

Seasons change
The air grows cold
And as time will change
Things grow old
The leaves in the tree
Loose their green color
The bare naked trees
Seem to grow taller

The sun shines bright
Behind the black clouds
Unnoticed by people
Standing in the crowds
Hail falls heavily
Then tornadoes come
Lighting strikes the ground
Thunder sounds like a drum

Love is quick
Hearts grow cold
Smiles disappear
The truth is not told
Passion succums thought
Your heart takes over the brain
You dally with the future
And ignore the pain

Weather and love
Together in one
Both work together
To let peace be undone
