I LOve You Like The Sun

by Tamara   Nov 15, 2007

I love you like the sun
That rises in the east
A gentle soul that only feasts
On a young girls sorrows
Though you may not be able
To hurt me with your actions
You hurt me with your words
you hurt me invulentary
And as i write this
I want you to know
I love you more than the sun
That sets a gentle glow in the west
That warms my heart
And dries my tears
That removes all of these fears
That you give
Where i feel happy
If only for a moment
You say strange and hurtful things
I wish you'd just take back
As you hold me in your arms
And ask me to stop crying
I love you more than the darkness
That fills the sky
With humble words
Looking eye to eye
You ask me if ilove you
And i reply
I love you more than the stars
That help light the darkening sky
Your smile and laughter
A treasure too much for even me
I love you more than the moon
That pushes and pulls
The waves that sing
This gentle song
That we call love

tell me what you think of it. i thought i'd give something non-morbid a try so yeah.
