You Saved Me

Just when I was about to give it up,

quit the game,

let go of the reins,

you saved me,

you set me free,you gave me light,

and I took it gladly,without a fight.

I can change for the better,

just because one person made me that way dosent mean I will be forever,

you didnt pry,

when I didnt want to talk,

you didnt lie,when I asked how you felt,

you took the cards you were dealt.

I thought all guys were going to be the same,

till I saw you didnt play mind games.

I was tired of being hurt,

being thrown into the dirt,over and it over again,

I thought it would go on forever,
