Just like the eyes of a stranger

by Ashley   Nov 23, 2007

Put on a smile try not to cry
Sit back and watch as days go by
Not sure how to deal with the pain
As i sit back and watch the pouring rain
Letting my smile slip im really trying
To carry on with my needless lying
Beside me you look as if you've been crying
My smile turns to a frown as I end up sighing
As I gently look into your eyes
I can see you've been hurt by my lies
We sit here in this secluded place
Tring to put this behind us without a trace
I grab your hand with increasing fears
I know you can now see my tears
I bet you can hear my very heartbeat
Louder than the cars outside on the street
The world is passing by us I can hear their feet
I cant help but refuse to give in to defeat
Letting you in losing it all to you
Im sure of your feelings I know you want this too
Holdin you so close to me
Lovin the sensations you're givin me
Not worried about gettin caught
Here in this secluded spot
When it was over you left me here
Gone forever, no more tears
Woke up craving you head and heart racing
Pulse increasing, my heart wont stop bleeding
