Feel Like Your trophy [short]

Shocking realization runs through my mind,
It just occurred to me I'm just a trophy to you.
Took so long, but I figured it out tonight,
You never wanted more than what we had.

I feel so stupid, so long I've been your fool,
For six months you've just been driving me insane.
Can't word the reason why I want you but I do,
I just know that things with us will never be the same.

When you told me you broke up with her,
I never thought you'd say you found someone new.
I guess I was holding on to the possibility that
maybe you'd say you wanted me like I wanted you.

    Aww this sucks. U and me r in the same situation. I like this one person because she is simply cool. Cool to be around, nice to talk to, and beautiful to me. She is being done wrong by this one dude but she won't leave him because he has her mind screwed up. So me and you are waiting for something that probably won't happen soon. But we will keep waiting and make it our new year's resolution to win them over lol. Great job though 5/5
