Night turns to Day

Night turns to day
and it still feels the same
still feels like im losing control
it plays in my mind day in and day out
i dont think i can take anymore

it starts in my feet and moves up to my knees
i dont know how much longer i can stand
it shoots past my stomach
and strikes right through my chest
this pain is just too overwhelming

i gave you my heart but you blocked it away
guess i came a little too late
day after day, left then comes right
im taking it one step at a time

and maybe one day youll look up from the ground
and see what im trying to say
but until that day comes
ill lie in my bed
and wait for night to turn into day.
