I can think of no metaphor
To compare my feelings for you
Every symbol of perfection
Seems imperfect compared to you

A jewel can break
And an angel can fall
You are more beautiful
More perfect then them all

How does one go about
Explaining love in phrases
When your perfection is astounding
And your purity amazes

Your as strong as diamond
I'm as soft as the sand
Let me do the dirty work
And keep the dirt off your hands

I love you so much
No single symbol can explain
To try and compare your perfection
Is an effort long in vain
