The soft sand under my feet,
the cold wind blowing on my face,
the sound of the sea crashing on the shore,
there is no where i would rather be on a night like this,
the stars twinkling in the night sky,
the moon is shining bright,
the lights dimmer at the near by streets,
the sound of silence has never sounded so sweet,
as I listen closer,
I hear my heart beat,
I start to wish,
I was with the man,
the man I LOVE and MISS,
my heart aches for you to be by my side,
to share this wonderfull night,
but I sit alone,
