The Last Letter To An Old Lover

by Laloser05   Dec 30, 2007

Looks like it's all fizzled out,
You were the guy for every girl.
Now it seems that's changed,
Feels to me like you've dropped off the world.
Not that I'm complaining,
The longer you're gone, the sweeter life is.
You hardly cross my mind now,
Everything is smooth, It all seems to fit.
I had forgotten the last time,
I'd smiled and laughed so much.
He's the only one for me now,
You've lost your magic touch.

It all comes down to this i guess,
As this is the last letter I'll send your way.
I had been hooked for too long,
Now I'm free, and smiling. Goodbye, babe.
