Lifted Into the Air

by Loveless   Jan 6, 2008

Overwhelmed with joy,
As I end the road of sorrow.
The emptiness i felt now filled by a silly boy,
Who I gave my heart to borrow.

In his arms gazing towards his eyes,
He's lifted me right up into the air.
Hope I have that from him I hear no lies,
And that there's love from us both we can share.

I wonder if he really wants me fro me,
Because I know I want him too.
And as he says he's falling I see,
He really means it when he says all I want is you.

I can see I'm falling falling falling,
Harder with the sound of his voice.
His name my heart keeps calling,
And I can tell he's the right choice.

With one thread of hope,
He managed to sweep me off my feet.
No longer I have the need to mope,
And the greatest day was when we could finally meet.
