A Dying Love

by Ryley B   Jan 14, 2008

With the rain pouring down
It can't reach your roots
As sadness unveils your thorn nights
Fading like the image of your sweet face
I use to taunt, adore, kissed and caressed
Now with a dying breath of sympathy
It came to me
The serenity of a dying love
You made believe that we could grieve eternally
But no tears or consolation from you
Whom I thought would care
Would bear the pain of a dying love
