Love By Any Other Name

by Neil Marsden   Jan 18, 2008

FOR MUM AND DAD

How pitiful your loving be,
To love an anagram of me.
How you must tremble every night,
Hoping secrets stay from sight.

To wake each morning, face the glass,
As daily your deceits amass.
To face each day with empty heart,
Regretting from the very start.
