Regrets

I wanted it to be a quote but it was too long...so think of it as a quote

I can't belive someone like me got to meet you
you were so bright and happy
your smile could light up any day
i took these past 2 years for granted
i never thought that you wouldn't be there one day
and the saddest thing is
the last thing i saw of you
was something i had never seen before..
you were crying

so if you ever say goodbye...smile even if they're crying, cause that's the last thing they'll see of you. i didn't do that and now i regret it. it would be the one thing i would change.
