Message In The Wind

by Dying Beautifully   Jan 20, 2008

As I lay curled in my bed,
With my covers tucked close to my head.
The moonlight gazes through my window,
It lights my room with a beautiful glow.
I close my eyes and listen to the sound,
And in the wind a message about you is found.
It says something profound and strong,
The message is short and the meaning is to be dawned.
I roll over as it leaves my room,
As I stare at the ceiling the message looms.
I invision your smile and your magnificent eyes,
And then the message I realize.
" I LOVE YOU" I scream out,
The feeling is without a doubt.
So once more I roll over and see,
You lying asleep next to me.
I curl up to you and whisper in your ear,
"I'll love you forever my dear".
