Silent shore

by Ganga Maya Rizal   Jan 25, 2008

I sit on the beach
Pondering over the days we had.
The sand touches my skin
And i feel its your touch.

The sea swims with a glee
And there i hear you calling me.
I lend my hand to the air
And smile at your thoughts so clear.

I hold your unseen hands
And dance overjoyed,
I fall and its on your sandy arms,
And savour the sweetness of your kiss.

Sunny days hanged overhead
I felt protected in your love.
Now the sun rests far behind the mountain top.
The urge is high,

The call is strong.
I walk behind the inviting waves
And give away the last breath
The last touch, the last kiss

For my silent, lost love.
Every bubble of breath
Under the clear water bears your name
Making my body empty of life.
