In Silence

by Tammy Bussard   Jan 27, 2008

We stand in silence
your hands on my waist
the clouds passing,
quickly by
we look in each other's eyes
and lean into one another
lusting for this kiss
even just for a moment
your lips meet mine
I am sensitive to your touch
my wait is over
I can fall into this attraction
my legs tremble
my body, covered by chills
I longed for this place
I couldn't be before
our surroundings fall away
all that's left is you and me
our bodies embracing
we stand in silence

Great work! Actions speak louder than words and since both of you are silent what other language better to speak than body language! LOVE IT! Keep the poems coming!
