He Loves Me Not, He Loves Me

by Aage Crow   Jan 27, 2008

He Loves me, He Loves me Not.
I sit and pick the petals off another flower,
He Loves me, He Loves me Not.
Hoping that maybe it will grant my wish power.

He Loves me Not, He Loves me.
But a rose is simply a rose,
He Loves me Not, He Loves me.
And wishes don't make love grow.

He Loves me, He Loves me Not.
So I'll wish upon a shooting star,
He Loves me, He Loves me Not,
But I know that still won't get me far.

He Loves me Not, He Loves me.
I could skip rocks on the ocean side,
He Loves me Not, He Loves me.
Wishing one day you'll walk by.

He Loves me, He Loves me Not.
For now I'll dream as I sit in the sand,
He Loves me, He Loves me Not.
Of they day you'll take my hand.

He Loves me Not, He Loves Me.
And deep down in my heart I'll remember,
He Loves me Not, He Loves Me.
The day you whispered "I'll Love you, Forever."
