And, it's all true.

I like these lines da most. full of bitterness though...

"I am a free spirit,
I'll go and do what I please,
This world will never again,
Get me down on my knees. "

Another beautiful poem. This poem itself has so much power, strength and emotions in it. I am actually at a lost for words. You really do have a very special talent and I hope that you continue to use it. The imagery again was perfect and so was the flow. Great Job! You are on your way to the top.

I adore the confidence in this poem. Lines like

"I am the mustang"

really painted a picture in my mind and it made me as a reader more confident which is what you want as an author. This is really a great display of what words can do for you.
