Seeing You Again

It's so easy to watch you walk away,
i don't have to see your face...
Because i know it would break my heart if i did.
I can count the steps you make
as you leave for another place,
And it will not sadden me.
Moving on seems easier when your not there
to catch my glance, or occupy my mind.
I can put what we had in my memories
Leave the love i had for you behind.

But seeing you again...
The expression on your face
Is just too much to bare.
The warmth of your arms...
I realise inside i do still care.

Seeing you again,
Brings back everything i ever felt
Every memory i locked away
Every suppresed emotion i felt with you.
And it hurts so much that you're here to stay.

It's so much easier watching you leave.
Because i don't have to deal with the fact
i love you.
And seeing you again reminds me i love you...
When i'm supposed to be loving him.
