All Too Fast

by Matt   Feb 4, 2008

This was written as a Sonnet for my English class. It basically describes my weekend in a poetic way.

A Absent and abashed with doubts in my mind,
B The clock is ticking but where is my fate?
A Love is so honest when it all unwinds,
B Yet just so hard to find that very soul mate.

C The key has been found and the lock is cleared,
D Our desire awaits for what we need ,
C The girl just pops up and love should appear,
D Will she accept it? And shall I succeed?

E Our thoughts are combined like gears on a watch,
F Acceptance is favored by her for now,
E My bodily organs tied in a notch,
F Don’t know what is next for her to allow.

G Clock Clicks Clash where is that girl at this time?
G She just stole my heart for my own love crime.

Basically it means how I am looking for a girl and I am feeling very doubtful. I was it so bad but nothing is comming. Then a girl is found and I try to make a move and get her. Then we become close and instead of me stealing her heart she completely steals mine.
