Our own world

by Sarah   Feb 5, 2008

It hurts
And this pain doesn't seem to subside
I try to scream
But there is no voice
I try to speak
But there are no words
Eyes full of tears
Hands filled with blood
, My beloved one's blood,
Fear seems to linger here
As I call your name through the dreadful field
There is nothing here to see
There is nothing here to hear
Everything is gone
There is nothing here to live for
Everything is lost
I have no where to run
All alone
Trapped in my prison bars
Scattering inside...
Torn apart by the great divide
I am falling and there is no hand to hold on to
My love is calling from far, far beyond
I close my eyes and I see his face
I see him smiling in grace
He overwhelmed my heart with joy
Remembering every touch and every smile
I suddenly feel his hand in mine
Strength and power is being charged
Surrounded by light and peace
Once we were two bodies & one soul
Now we are two in one
We are joined by love and passion
There is nothing for us to spare
Cause all we have got is tenderness, cheerfulness and care
And as we gaze we realize
Now we don't need that bloody world no more
When we have our own world to occupy
