I didn't want to admit it, it was easier to lie,
and hide the hurt and emptiness; to smile
instead of cry

Life would be easier?

I've been trying so hard just to keep away
& now look where I’m standing.
Trying so hard to walk away but
its impossible to watch you fade away.

For the longest time i was
just trying to find someone
to love as much as i loved
you, but now i realize thats
never going to happen

& Nobody Knows Why She Even Bothers To Put Make-Up On When Its Just Going To End Up Smeared All Over Her Face Anyway`*
