Some days I want to scream and shout, maybe then you'll hear me! I say the same things over and over, sometimes I just wish you understood the words I'm saying

Letting our tears fall isn't a sign of weakness, it's a sign of strength. A sign saying we're not afraid to feel.

Because sometimes...we have to be shattered to become whole, cry to be able to laugh, hurt in order to feel joy & give up to find a better place.
