If death is an eternal sleep and life a period of being awake, then there is no need to fear death, for life is like the day and death like the night.

I never finished school. I was always far too eager and naive to want to live and learn for myself. That meant I had to learn the hard way. In many ways I'm glad that I did learn for myself. It takes courage to walk in the opposite direction.

Women wearing make up, men shaving off their beards, and to please who exactly? An imaginary observer? The abstract? Perhaps a fear plaguing our minds? How we perceive others, how we wish to be perceived, determined by a false notion of beauty.

I am consciously starting to awake from my world of ignorance only to find that I have been tangled the entire time in a web that has been weaved by my predecessors whom also lived in a world of ignorance.

The first steps are always the hardest, but once you master it, everything thereafter is simply a walk in the park.

Conform to yourself and be everything you were meant to be. If you don't fit the description, make the description fit you.

Remember those who forget you so it can never be forgotten.

When presented with the opportunity to either stand by once good principles that now facilitate harm or adapt to change by abandoning principles in order to put an end to harm, why on earth would anyone choose to stick by their principles?

If you can't beat em, join em.... and then beat em.

If I spend my life worrying about the tiny bacteria on the sides or the sugars on a croissant, I may as well not live at all as I'd be living in a world of paranoia. Death is inevitable. Deal with it and be happy.
