but some you may understand

When she's all alone
Her world starts to cave in
She looks into the mirror
And says "everything is in ruins"

Something I said I would never need

And now for fun I make myself bleed
My addiction
Will someday kill me
But then again
I was already dead, couldn't you see...

I need to get away from everything

And a blade as my brush
Each scar that was added

Nothing could ever taste as good as thin feels

I cannot cry
These drops of blood
are my subsitute
for the tears...

I hurt myself today
To see if I still feel
I focus on the pain
The only thing that's real
The blade tears a hole
That old fimilar sting
I try to tear it all away
But I still remember everything...

Breaking free from my cell
The blade is the key
Put it to my wrist
And let the rest set me free
