I'd sit her down and ask her first what my flaws are then I'd tell her hers... what about her makes you scream?

I wouldn't just put it bluntly. Just say it honestly and don't have a harsh tone when you do, and you should be fine.

example:
"Baby, I love you. You know I do... but some things you do and say make me upset to the point where I could scream."

Lmao. marcus tells me i make him want to scream at me all the time. Its a healthy part of a relationship.
Just tell her she's doing your head in and let her know why, she may change, she may not. You have to let her know or your relationship is based on a lie.

Just sit her down and tell her but dont beat around the bush, girls hate that. get to the point and say what you are not liking but remind her you still love her.
