Rude comments

Why do people who dont even have a single poem on here come on to your page and start dissing every single one of your poems. and then when you try to ask them to stop they tell you to try writing poems when you are sober. what is wrong with people?

Thats what i did on two of the commetns he has posted. its really getting on my nerves.

but since you stated it's from people who don't have any poems, or that someone who did it to 2 of your poems. Most likely it's someone you know, and hates you.and created an account just for the sake of that. just ignore it.

Just because they don't like your poems doesn't mean there's something wrong with them. You'll never write a poem that EVERYbody will like, I guarantee it.

Write for yourself. Take comments and criticism, and don't let them get to you any more than to help improve your writing.

Yea but then at the end of the day who really cares, we all go back to our own lifes, drink, smoke have sex, work. so dont let it bother ya lol, but yea good point, anybody need toilet?

Okay this doesn't go under "rude comments" but I hate starting another thread for the "semi-same" question.

I have this here problem where people will put BS comments such as the latest one "Awww sweet" that I just had deleted.
I just have a quick question, does the that posted that get a penalty point? I seriously don't post my poems for such ignorance to be spilled into comments that are left behind. And I honestly don't believe that people who leave such shouldn't be 'rewarded' with a comment award either...

My personal prefrence would be that we didn't have these awards, but oh that's another topic that believe me, Bob could kick some butt on just by talking about it.

Yeah I have left no comments on anyones poems since leaving the site and comming back on my new name. But when I did in the past they wern't such vauge comments as to take up wasted space.

Maybe this is just me venting, but I'm also courious about this...

I personally don't see the profaniy up there, but if you're refering to the letters BS...then wow, that's a new one.

They just envy your work. that's all!

Freedom of speech has its place, but when a profile with no poems of their own starts writing rude comments, it brings into question their intentions...

but hey one must differentiate between honesty and rudeness....
