What do you guys think?

Ok so the other day my friend started talking about the topic on whether the government is hiding the cure for cancer. I mean think about how much stuff our country spends on kemo and all that. It would all be no more. Therefore, what would it do to our society. I wanted to see what everyone else thought about it.

If the government were hiding the cure to cancer, and we as a nation found out - would go apocalypse on their @r$es!

I think it is a possibility, you know that anyone caught offering medical treatment with anything outside the scope of the drug companies are harshly scrutinized. Rene Caisse has an interesting story and though goverment agencies refuse to acknowledge the good she was doing, many people know it and have been helped. A 12 year old boy with acute lymphoblastic leukemia he had been doing chemotherapy for four years and radiation for three, he was given the Essiac and all hemorrhaging stopped within 24 hours. Within three months all of his blood tests were normal. The leukemia was gone. There were no more cancer cells.
He later died, but due to damage to the myocardial sac of the heart as a result of the chemotherapy. Many major media outlets were approached and refused to touch the story. In a study of 179 AIDS patients, 5 were taken off of their regular drugs and given Essiac. While the rest of the study group has since passed on, these 5 still remain alive and healthy. They have even seen some promising results with people who suffer from diabetes, ulcers and thyroid problems.

There's a link somewhere on the internet of a video of scientists developing a new way to treat various cancers that worked. But it needs more testing before it can be given to the public. it was a news video. No idea where that one is now.

It woudn't surprise me at all i've always been of the oppinion that the government is hiding tons of stuff from the public, also your pharmacuetical companies and petro chemical companies all of them hide cheaper better solutions its good for their bank accounts

I think I might side with Teresa on this. I respect everyone decisions on this since it IS my post, but I do think that the government is capable of doing something like that. They have made very selfish moves on their part. Why wouldn't they make another one?

I totally agree with james ive actually had this conversation before. i think its completely possible. it would be a big hurt, u know how much that all brings in? the whole world go kill them if it was found out though.
