Okay soooo I haven't done this before buuut...below is a short story that I started and never fnished.

What I want you to do is finish the story yourself, however you want it, make it your own, and it can either be finished in story form or you can turn it into poetry.

Take it in any direction you want to.

Any questions or don't understand then just pm me.

Glaring at the picture with salty tears pouring down her face, Ellie wondered how it had all come to this.
Tear drops splashed angrily onto the photograph, thick and fast and as the tears came quicker her vision became obscured.
She wiped her eyes and carefully placed the photo back into it's antique silver frame and as she stared at it she couldn't help but let out a heartbreaking sigh.
They looked so happy together, their hands clasped tightly, joy sparkling in their eyes and bright smiles that showed of hoe euphoric they were. They were blissfully happy; they hadn't just been acting for the camera.
She smiled sadly, recalling happier times.

Images flashed through her mind. Their first date. Their first kiss, the first time he'd told her he loved her. The crazy stunts they'd pulled together.
Then came the darker images.
The way he'd secretly hide his phone everytime he got a text. Recieving phone calls and walking out of the room to answer. Denying anything was wrong when she enquired as to why he'd become so distant and cold. And finally, walking in on him in bed with her best friend.

It had been two months and the image still invaded her thoughts almost second of every day and haunted her dreams at night. Slowly the sadness quelled and anger began to take over. As her rage bubbled away, she felt an intense hatred start to rise in her chest, almost chiking her it was so powerful.
She spun on her heel and stalked from the room. Something had to be done.

There's a typo in the story, there's hoe where it's meant to be "how". teehee

This contests deadline is my birthday! So I wrote a poem for it in hopes that I'll win.

"Heavenly Bliss [Sestina]"

Angel with wings pure of heart,
Hear my plea on this lonely night,
I've fallen to the temptation of love,
Fear is taking over my emotions,
Causing an unstable form of mind,
Please give me one last chance,

I will not make light of this chance,
Holding this ambition close to my heart,
With determination I have set my mind,
Prepared to set forth as soon as tonight,
Holding close these simple emotions,
I will find my way to fall in love,

Angel will you please define love,
I'm scared that I will miss this chance,
Failing would change these small emotions,
Revealing the darker side of my heart,
Cold and pitch black like the night,
Please help me make up my mind,

I'm weak with a fragile sense of mind,
Please teach me the strength of love,
Make me glow in the midst of night,
Turn me away from every false chance,
Watch carefully the shades of my heart,
Then teach me the sweetest emotions,

Will the angels feel my loving emotions?
Could they read what's on my mind?
Will they see what's hidden in my heart?
These little seeds of my forbidden love,
Taking turns to grow given the chance,
Will all fade in the darkness of night,

Angel where are you on this lonely night?
So full of fear, love, and hidden emotions,
Will you risk your angel wings on this chance?,
Showing my soul the weakness in my mind,
Will you teach me how to fall in love?
Embedding your warmth into my heart,

Angel give me one chance on this lonely night,
Teach my hidden heart how to flourish emotions,
Assure my mind that it's alright - to fall in love...
